Ingredients

2 medium, ripe Avocados (peeled and pitted)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup, packed fresh Cilantro leaves
1-2 cloves fresh Garlic (adjust based on taste preference)
2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
Water: A little bit (or more, to reach desired consistency)
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop frequently to scrape down the sides.
Adjust Consistency: If you prefer a thinner consistency (for drizzling), add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired texture.
Serve: Transfer the avocado crème to a serving bowl.
Chef's Note: If you want a non-dairy option, substitute the sour cream with 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt or thick coconut milk. The high acidity from the lime juice helps keep the sauce vibrant green for longer, but it's always best served fresh! If you must store leftovers, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the crème to push out all air before sealing the container to prevent browning.

Directions

01

Prep: Peel and pit the avocados, roughly chop the cilantro, and lightly smash the garlic cloves.

Serving & Pairing

This crème is incredibly versatile for fusion meals! It's fantastic drizzled over spicy tacos, served as a dip for crispy Aloo Bhujia (the spices and the cool cream are a great contrast!), or used as a spread on toasted naan for a quick appetizer.
